This home in the Rim Club area of Payson had a large, 1,100 square foot wraparound deck that had worn down over the years. Some of the joists underneath needed to be replaced, and every deck board across the whole wraparound needed to come out.
Our Approach
We replaced the joists that needed it and installed protective joist tape across the whole structure before decking it. From there, we installed TimberTech decking across the entire 1,100 square foot wraparound, covering the full length of the home.
